Lenton Ultimate Machine

At ArcelorMittal Construction Solutions, we are honored to possess the initial nVent LENTON Ultimate Machine in Europe, authorized by CARES

The nVent LENTON Ultimate Splicing Systems and Mechanical Anchors have been developed to optimize efficiency and ease of installation in the field while amplifying performance.

 

They are secured to the steel reinforcement using friction forging technology, complemented by top-of-the-line control systems and quality inspection to ensure every junction meets standards. By blending superior design and optimal friction welding parameters, the Ultimate system delivers reliable performance even with varying types and grades of steel.

 

This advanced technique is also highly durable.

Lenton Standard Couplers

LENTON® Standard Couplers are designed to splice the same diameter bars where one bar is free to move and can be rotated.

  • P13 — designed to splice bars where the ongoing bar is restricted in its axial movement or can not be rotated and length adjustability of the coupler is required.

  • P14 — designed to splice bars which cannot be rotated (such as bent bars or hooks)

  • P15 — designed to quickly splice column sections or precision coupling of elements with mutiple bars joined over a short span, such as prefabricated elements and the closing of small temporary openings may be used for the splicing of prefabricated cages.
